                                                  Adventure Tech FZC LLC Return Policy

Return Eligibility: Customers can return products within 7 days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Software development services must not have been initiated or completed.
  • DMD navigation products must be unopened with all original packaging intact.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at [contact information] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the returned items.

  • You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.

 

Warranty Information: All DMD navigation products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 1-year. Customers experiencing issues with their DMD navigation products should contact our customer service team for warranty claims.

We give the consumer a 1-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don’t look or work as advertised.

 

 

Refund Policy:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
